What to expect
Planning an event at Mercantile has two connected parts: the hospitality experience and the immersive design experience. We’ll help you plan both, so the event design and the creative design are perfectly aligned around the same vision.
First, we’ll talk through the event itself: your date, guest count, format, timeline, food, bar, layout, service style, and production needs. Then we’ll plan what the venue becomes around it, from the visuals and sound to the scenes, brand assets, presentations, motion, and custom content guests experience in the space.
You’ll work with one team to make everything happen.
